SOLD!!!

I knew this day would come. I thought I would be devastated, but I am not. After six months of having our home on the market, we received an offer and accepted it. They put their house on the market and it sold - in just a few days. So, in less than 24 hours, we found a rental townhome that we liked and started packing. It's BEAUTIFUL. If all goes according to plan, we should be moving in the next week or so! We will be right across the street from Hornbachers and a fire station. Should be exciting for the kids to watch the fire trucks. We are also close to a major drain in town so I am really hoping the flood is a little less eventful this year. Fortunately, the main living areas are up pretty high.

We are excited to have the opportunity to build another house. Change it up a bit, move a little closer to West Fargo. I am a little sad to leave as this was our first house that we built (ok, that Ben built) and a lot of memories were made here. The kids love this house but seem to be ok with the thought of moving. I will miss our neighbors.

Other than that, life has been pretty uneventful. Madison is almost near the end of 2nd grade and Reagan will start preschool in the fall. Yikes! We stay busy with Girl Scouts and I look forward to not having to keep the house in tip top shape every day. It's already a disaster area with the packing and it feels great!!!

Ben stays extremely busy with the West Fargo School Board, North Dakota State Electrical Board and running Vision Construction and Basement Technologies of North Dakota. I'm still with Ohnstad Twichell - still love my job.

Let's see, oh yes, my husband may have turned the big 30 last month. I am pretty sure I don't have a birthday this year. And when April 1 rolls around, we will have celebrated 10 years - I have no idea how 10 years has passed already. It's been amazing, exciting, hectic, and I look forward to many more years.

No title

I'm just sitting here (should be sleeping) listening to the sweet hum of my children snoring.  Gosh I'm going to miss this when they're older!  They are both such cuddle monkeys that I don't know what I'll do when they're too big to cuddle.

Remember me?
