Ok, so I am still trying to figure this thing out! I'll need to take some lessons from Andrea. I was just visiting Reagan's caringbridge page and can't believe where the past year has taken us. He is so big now and loves to get into everything, including the toilet, cat food and cupboards. Walking is a favorite activity and running is being tested out. He is a quick little bugger. He is just getting over a double ear infection and what we think is allergies.
Madison has had a big few weeks. On August 31, she started kindergarten and really enjoys it. She also started gymnastics again and swimming lessons will be in the near future. Hopefully dad can take her to some of the swimming lessons.
I really enjoy working part time. I don't get as much done as I should because I have a little problem that if both Madison and Reagan are napping, I feel I have to join them!
Our house is really shaping up. Our yard looks like a million bucks. Ben laid down sod, planted some bushes and trees, placed rock around the house and is working on the deck.
Ben and I are taking our first "real vacation" from October 11-15 and will be joining friends in Las Vegas. We have been to Houston and Indiana but it has been to visit family. So, this is truly a vacation, not that we don't enjoy visiting family. Hopefully we'll hit it big so I can get the Tahoe I've been drooling over.
My next task....trying to post some pictures of the kids.
