Stats

Reagan had his two year checkup (1 month late) today and we were pleasantly surprised.  Our little man who wasn't ever registering on the charts 2 years ago is now in the 70th percentile topping the scales at 31 pounds and the height charts at 34 inches.  Almost exactly two years ago, Reagan was one sick little boy after completing his first surgery for pyloric stenosis.  Because the condition returned 6 weeks later, he didn't really start growing until he was 4 months old.  Well, one would never know it unless you saw his small scar.  What was so terribly scary then is now a vivid memory.

The best part (not) of the appointment was the Hep A shot.  He was more ticked that a stranger touched him and then put a bandaid on his leg more than anything else.

Seriously though the best part was when the pediatrician asked me if he was a climber.  As he was asking this he turned around to see Reagan swinging from the edge of the sink which is suspended off the wall.  He was just hanging out swinging his feet back and forth.  Is my son a climber?  What do you think? Dr. T. thought it was pretty funny.

So way to grow Reagan, we're proud of you!  Just take it easy in the fridge when you get older.  It will help the pocket book tremendously.
